Dennis Irvin is a Principal of Capital Security Advisors and founder of the Real Estate Group. Mr. Irvin is a senior commercial real estate executive with over 30 years of leadership and transaction experience in investment management, investment banking and advisory services. Mr. Irvin has a strong track record in principal investments including lending, structured finance, direct equity and managing co-mingled funds across all major asset classes and in all major global markets. Prior to joining CSA, Mr. Irvin was the President and CEO of Rockefeller Group Investment Management Corporation from 2007 to 2015 where he founded and built a global real estate investment business. Previous experience includes leadership and advisory roles with CIT Group, Cushman & Wakefield, J.P Morgan Securities and LaSalle Partners. Mr. Irvin received a B.A. in Public Policy and Economics from the University of Chicago.

Conrad Chew is responsible for acquisitions, asset management and investor relations. Prior to joining CSA, Mr. Chew held investment, asset management and advisory roles at Brightstone Capital Partners, DRA Advisors, and Ernst & Young. Mr. Chew received his M.S. in Real Estate Finance from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University and a B.S. in Economics from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Mike Smith is a senior, finance professional with more than 20 years of diverse finance and accounting experience. Mr. Smith was previously the CFO of a $1B financial services division within Société Générale. Mr. Smith also spent time at CIT Group as the CFO of the Commercial Real Estate group and was the Director of Business Planning at Siemens Financial Services. Mr. Smith has his M.B.A. in Finance from Saint Peter's University and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Scranton.
